Howa H06C series Close Center Pneumatic Cylinder with Coolant Passage. H06C chuck actuator has a compact size and is made of aluminum alloy that H06C has a light weighted body. The H06C air cylinder is driven by compressed air to actuate the power chuck which is mounted at the front of the machine. Although H06C is a solid pneumatic cylinder, there is a coolant passage embedded at the center axis of the cylinder piston rod. Coolant fluid or compressed air is supplied from the rear of the cylinder, and then it passes through the draw-tube to the center of the power chuck and is ejected to the work-part to cool it down.
